Pina Colada Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 can Thai Kitchen full fat coconut milk
- ½ cup dried unsweetened coconut
- 2 scoops My Body Symphony Coconut Almond Superfood Mix (get it here)
- 2 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil (I used Vita Coco)
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend. That’s it! If you are feeling crazy, add a little coconut rum.
You can add a pineapple wedge or shredded coconut for a pretty garnish.
Tip: I used a liquid measuring cup to measure frozen pineapple. If smoothie is to thick for your liking, you can add a splash or two of water until it reaches the consistency you prefer.
* Using the superfood mix makes this a complete meal replacement or for added nutrients to your daily routine. Minus the alcohol of course :)
